How to make Pepper Soup

Pepper soup is used to treat coughs, colds, and a variety of other respiratory issues. It also contains a number of essential nutrients such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, and Phosphorus.

PEPPER SOUP MEAL
Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it! Eating pepper soup as a meal is a light, simple and healthy way to get nourishment.
COOK TIME: 30 MIN
1 bowl of beef (preference) 1 bowl of chopped vegetable 1/2 spoon ginger and garlic Nutmeg Onions
Place the meat in a pot with enough water to completely cover the contents. Cook until the stock cubes, thyme, and onions are done.
Toss in the ginger, garlic, vegetables, and season with salt and pepper to taste. You can use as many ingredients as you want.
10-20 minutes of steaming till its done. enjoy
It goes well with rice, plantains, yams, or any other dish. It's a 30-minute delicacy that'll last for days.
